Below you will find information on how to book the function room. 

Current prices for Members* to hire the hall: 

Sunday - Friday 9am - 11pm£7 per hour
Saturday 9am - 6pm£10 per hour
Saturday 6pm - midnight£15 per hour
One off surcharge for 6pm - midnight bookings£25

*Please note that only Members are able to hire the function room. Membership is available from as little as £6 per year for Main Club Membership. 

The Function room is available to hire for no charge to charities who have a charity membership (available for £10 per year). 

If you would like to book the Function Hall:

  1. Check Hall availability from the Bookings timetable
  2. Complete the form below
  3. If you are not already a current member of the Watlington Club you'll also need a £6 annual Club membership.

Please remember your booking will only be confirmed when you receive an e-mail or telephone confirmation from the Bookings Secretary and your full payment has been received.  

Please be advised that the Watlington Club cannot be held responsible for any event which you may organise without complying with these requirements.
