Below you will find information on how to book the function room.
Current prices for Members* to hire the hall:
|Sunday - Friday||9am - 11pm||£7 per hour|
|Saturday||9am - 6pm||£10 per hour|
|Saturday||6pm - midnight||£15 per hour|
|One off surcharge for 6pm - midnight bookings||£25|
*Please note that only Members are able to hire the function room. Membership is available from as little as £6 per year for Main Club Membership.
The function room is available to hire for no charge to charities who have a charity membership (available for £10 per year).
If you would like to book the function room:
- Check Hall availability from the Bookings timetable
- Complete the form below
- If you are not already a current member of the Watlington Club you'll also need a £6 annual Club membership.
Please remember your booking will only be confirmed when you receive an e-mail or telephone confirmation from the Bookings Secretary and your full payment has been received.
